Generated stories are intended for children's consumption, but an adult should review content before sharing it with children.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

We may send essential emails needed to operate the Service, including account verification, password reset, and security messages. We may also send invitation messages when you or another user uses the invitation feature.

We send story reminders when your account email preference is turned on. You can turn them off in your account settings or use the unsubscribe link in those messages without affecting essential account emails.

The Service is paid, with welcome credits provided to new users as a trial.

Credits are required to generate storybooks. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

The Service is intended for generating children's storybooks. You agree not to use it for other purposes.

Do not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content, or content that violates the rights of others.

Do not use invitations for unsolicited or bulk messaging. If you provide another person’s email address, you confirm that you are permitted to invite them.

Stories and images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying content before sharing it with children.

You own the storybooks you generate and may use them however you choose.

You are responsible for your content and for any required permissions or rights.

Refund requests are limited to technical failures where a credit was consumed but the story could not be completed.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days. Approved refunds are issued as credit restoration.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
