What is The Storybook Studio?

The Storybook Studio is a web app that turns your child’s idea into an illustrated storybook. You share the idea and meet the characters. Then guided AI helps write and illustrate a complete book with a cover. You can read it online or download it as a PDF or an ebook (EPUB).

Can my child be the hero of the story?

Yes. We create each character’s portrait from your description. To change a portrait, edit the description and make a new one, or upload a photo of your child or anyone else. We turn the photo into an illustrated portrait, and every picture in the book uses the same look. Each book includes three portrait changes.

How does pricing work?

Each story credit pays for one complete book, including pictures and cover.

What ages are the stories for?

Choose ages 3–5, 6–8, or 9–10 when you start. This helps guide the story’s language and themes.

Can we change the story and pictures?

Yes. You can review and change the words, pictures and cover while your book is a draft. Once you are done editing you can lock it from further edits. Downloading your book for printing or reading on an e-reader requires you to lock the edits first.

Can I return to my book later?

Yes. Sign in and open My Stories to continue a saved draft, or read and download a finished book.

How do I read or download my book?

Read your finished book on the website, or download it as a PDF or an ebook file (EPUB).
